All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the initial assessment or if you request changes to the project scope. We will communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Project Timelines

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and may vary depending on the type of work performed. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or work performed by other contractors. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any care and maintenance instructions provided.

UniPro Hobbs Concrete Masters carries appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. You must disclose any known site conditions that may affect the project. You agree to make timely payments according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
